Legendary quarterback trainer Quincy Avery is the guru behind QB Takeover. With a staff of professionals known for producing scholarships and advancing careers, QB Takeover is the country’s elite quarterback training program. QB Takeover is designed to give young athletes the mental toughness needed to lead a team, the skills necessary to execute and the mindset to make the right calls when the game is on the line.

Coach Avery

Quincy Avery is the developmental mastermind behind QB Takeover and has set the course for many of the game’s best quarterbacks. Quincy’s trajectory to becoming the nation’s leading quarterback trainer began early in his youth. The child of an NFL coach, he’s spent countless hours in locker rooms, meeting rooms, and on the field.

Coach Shai

Shai Scott is a passionate quarterback developer and plays a key role in the Quarterback Takeover program. Shai begins quarterback development in 2016 with QBT which allowed him to develop from the ground up with QBT fundamentals. He developed his passion for coaching as a member of the inaugural football team at Reinhardt University where he developed his leadership skills and his understanding of the value of a great coach. His experience, having played on both sides of the ball, allows him to share a unique perspective in our training sessions.

Coach Beasley

Brian Beasley has served on the QBT staff since 2016, as developing the quarterback position has been a true passion. Coach Beas, as he's affectionately called by our athletes, served in the US Marine Corps for 4 years and since returning from duty has served as an offensive coordinator, state championship coach, and is currently on the Duluth High School coaching staff. Beas brings unmatched energy to each and every session and is a true asset to the QBT team.

Coach Sean

Sean McEvoy has been passionately developing Quarterbacks through both private instructions and as a high school football coach since 2002. He has committed to assisting quarterbacks at all levels maximize their potential with a focus on building consistency and efficiency in each QB's throwing mechanics and footwork.

Flight School is the premier quarterback camp in the country. A unique experience; pairing the opportunity to connect with the quarterbacks that you watch each and every Saturday and Sunday throughout the football season with the ability to develop alongside them
